The submission of a Classification & Labelling notification for substances under CLP and REACH is due on December 1, 2010.
If your substances are subject to REACH, or if your substances are considered hazardous according to the EU CLP Regulation, then your company has to comply with this deadline!
If you are uncertain if your substances are in the scope of REACH and/or CLP, then this course can help.
This course will explain in detail what CLP is and what the requirements are for EU manufacturers and importers. We will also explain how to use REACH-IT and how to submit a C&L notification to the EU C&L inventory.
